This line was written in place of the mother's name on the birth certificate. It's very difficult to decipher. I'd appreciate if someone could tell me what it says. thank you.
The first line reads the address. It looks like Via Liano number 37 (trentasette). The next statement goes on to say that the union was with a woman (Donna), widowed (vedova), not a relative (non parenti), etc. Not sure exactly what the rest translates to. But, I was told by another genealogist that this type of statement was meant to assure that the father and the mother of the child were not related.
