Before we proceed, can you provide further detail?
What are the childrens names? Year of birth?
Was he married the first time in Italy or New York?
Have you found immigration records?
In what year did he marry for the second time?
Can you tell us what records you have located so far, that way we don't duplicate research.

And a possible marriage record:

Loise Harry J May 7 1932 Queens 1475

From:
NYC Groom Index 1864-1936

If you don’t already have this record, you may want to order it, it should have his parents‘ names:

Ordering NYC Vital Records
New York City Archives

Hello suanj!
Agree Giuseppe Lise :D
Hard to tell if all of these records belong to the same person
(1932 marriage?)
Many records do have same occupation: tile worker
Father Antonio on 1902 manifest worked with mosaics?
Valarie

Possibly related census (very hard to read)

Thank you everyone,

Ok Lottie Masters hooked up with Joseph Loise, Tile Setter, And had 7 children,
Tootsie, Albert, Joseph, Gloria, Emily, Jeanie and Rita
They were not married until after the first 2 or three were born

I think his first wife was Josephine Toia (Lise) Married here in the states and children listed on a 1930 census with her father head of house hold A?? Toia.
She was listed as Married and the childrens names were:
William Anthony age 17
Marion age 15
Reta age 13
Louis age 9 all have the last name Lise Her spouse not listed.

I have seen the ss death records for Joseph and Lottie as well as WWI and WWII draft cards
