Do I need to translate both sides of the birth certificate?

I used a translation service to translate my daughter's US Birth Certificate into Italian. They forgot to translate the back. It only talks about the security features one should look for when accepting the document. Does that need to be translated too? Anyone have any experience with this???

I doubt very much that you'll need to do this. I did not translate the second page of my grandparents' marriage document, and it was ok.
