You could try first names only (without last name), filling in approximate dates for birth
& immigration year.
Sometimes just shortening the names to three letters followed by an * helps.
Chances are you may find the women your looking for under their maiden names.
It’s also possible they traveled with a relative, maybe a Pirello/Pirrello/etc.
Have you found Joe Pirello’s naturalization papers? It may have his ship listed…
