ETA: I *think* these are the parents of Domenica Ciancarelli (b.1895) who emigrated to the USA. She had brother Luigi born in 1882 and brother Guido born in 1887 ...

For Scanno records between 1865 and the present you would need to contact the comune directly. L'Aquila only has records online for 1865 and earlier, because the state archives in L'Aquila doesn't hold any records for after this period. They are held by the individual comunes ...
