The document is not Sicilian, but Latin, as are most of the old church documents from that era. I could help on the Sicilian, but my knowledge of Latin is near zero.
Researching Gibellina, Sicily surnames Bivona, Bonafede, Zummo, Ponzio, Bevinetto, Beninati, Fontana, Cipolla, Bruno, Manfrè, Lanfranca, and Navarra

Sep 16th, 1765
Baptism of a female baby born on the same day at 8, who was given name Rosalia.
She was the daughter of Giuseppe De Giorgio and Filippa Genzusa (?), spouses of this town
Godparents were "Master" Pasquale, son of deceased Leonardo and Antonia Crapa, and Antonina, daughter of deceased Luca and living Santa Vaccaro, wife of "Maestro" Pasquale Crapa.
