Looking for the mothers 1st and last name. The first name could be Filomena ?

I think the surname is Formato. There is inconsistency in this record as to how the capital F is formed. Look at the capital F in the first name of the first informant.

This is a tough one! I can see both names!

Maybe a 3rd person will take a look at this. (Hope they don't come up with a 3rd name :)

In the mean tme, I guess I will use both: Formato/Sorriento
