Have an old hand-written family chart that is stamped Parrocchia Maria Immacolata and signed by a Fr. Laverio Taffari (sp?) Does anyone know if this Church can be contacted via email? Or any other Catholic church near the town of Alia, Sicily. Blessings, Merrily

Calagero Divencenzo (34) came to New Orleans, LA. on the SS Bolivia in 1898 (from Palermo) along with two daughters Vincenza (6) and Michelina (2). In same steerage cabin was Carmella Nola (22) who "took in" Michelina. No further info on Calagero or Vincenza. Looking for Calagero's wife and any ...
