Not enough details to go on. Was he born in 1850 or 1930? You have to narrow it down. The records are too large to search on the name alone.

Ive been throught the birth records for Alessandria della Rocca for 1877. My ancestor is not there. I'm pretty certain of his birth place/date, but went through a few years prior and a few years post in case he made an error in his own BD, but he is not there.

My only reference for this word is sfogliatelle. Love them! So when I see on a genealogy website "Sfoglia i Registry" I can't figure out how or why it's used in that instance.
