No, other than the knowledge of it since, oddly, I did find BOTH the death records for her parents, Francesco Ciani (1880) and Rosa Bonomo (1883.

Born in Anzi 1844, Married Rocco Luigi Lauria in Anzi,1866.
F:Francesco Ciani, M:Rose Bonomo
Rocco returned to Italy mid 1890's and I believe she was still alive at that time.

Hi Tessa, Her birth date is earlier... 8 Jan 1845. So, because the town is within Potenza I believe what little I find could be her. She emigrated to USA and I think I found a ship's log... then was married in the USA. She married a SAM MORATTA who was born in Italy but I can't find anything on him ...

I found a ship log showing a 'residence' as Misanello... I believed my relative was from Anzi. Can anyone help with this? I have her birthdate as 8 Jan 1845 and also an alternate spelling of DiPerro.

Have no idea if Janie was born out of wedlock and or just put out for adoption... and whether or not CREEK was her father's surname or ...

Domenica Podrano married Donatonio Ciani probably around 1787. A son named Francesco Ciani born 1807... most likely all from Anzi, Potenza. Can't seem to get ANY hits on either. Can someone tell me where to look besides this forum?

By the way, Tricia, I realized that I pass my Family History Center EVERY trip to the dog park!!

I found the one entry to US in 1886 but I was told that he went back and forth more than one time to visit family in Anzi, Potenza, Italy. Any help appreciated.
