The surname Gibello is mostly found in Piemonte, around Biella, former Vercelli province. But without others clues it is difficult to pinpoint the exact place.

Their marriage does not appear in this database for the town of Varese that you can find on Ancestry
Varese, Lombardia, Italy, Indexed Marriage Records, 1876-1937
But back then Capolago, now part of the Comune of Varese, was a different Comune.

So you need to know the parish in order to begin a search with some hope of finding the rright record.
