Yes Caraglio makes a lot of sense, as Molineri is a common surname here. As she was born in 1869 her birth was registered at the Stato Civile.

This one is really hard to read. First letter of the name of the child looks like I or J but it is a very short name. Have you other exemples of this priest handwriting to compare?
