Also, my mother may not be eligible because of her 1942 birthdate but would her children born in the 1960's be eligible?

She was born in 1942- what if her grandmother was still not naturalized - so both parents of my grandma were still Italian citizens at the time of grandmothers 1915 birth?

My grandmother was born in 1915 in Los Angeles- Her father was naturalized in 1919-- would that allow my mom and her children to become dual citizens?

Lisa, My greatgrandfather Damiano Miraula(born 1937) was born in Piana and his parents were Nicolo Miraula and Vincenza Filpi-- Nicolo Miraula's parents were Cecelia Cortese and Vito Miraula-
