Uniform - what type of police/military
I have attached a picture from the turn of the 20th century of a family member in an official uniform of some sort. I do not know whether it is military or police related. any assistance would be appreciated.

thank all of you for your information. my great-grandfather Antonio Pacelli, father of several in the picture, passed away in 1933. His nephew in the picture would have driven from Connecticut to western PA. i am beginning to suspect he was there visiting family for the funeral.

unfortunately the image was not originally scanned at a high enough resolution to enlarge and still be clear. that was my first attempt in trying to pin point a date.

I need a little help from car aficionados in trying to get an approximate date for this photo. hopefully the model year of the car will help pin point that date. things i know: the adults were born between 1900-1910, the little boy 1920.
