I am confused regarding the translation of page #1

I have attached pages 8 & 9 for translation.
I have in my possession a total of 10 pages, however site limitations will not let me attach page 10. Is there any other way to attach page 10 for translation?

Now this is a mystery as to why Cecilia Amargo's (page 5) birth certificate was here with the our papers. Are their any dates on page 5 or any other connection between the other pages?
