I am working on dual citizenship and my father (Caesar Zagnoni) used his Confirmation name (Steven) on all of his documents. I have had them all changed but have found out that I can not change his marriage license to my mother. Has any one else had this issue and if so how did you work around it ...

I have have hit a stumbling block in my dual citizenship process. My grand father's birth date on his birth certificate is different than the date on his naturalization letter. Per the letter from Italy, here is what they say about the naturalization record:
