Baptism record in Latin

Hi,

All I know is that the record is from Angela Vacarezza and the date is '1830 21 februari".

I can't decipher anything else besides that, so any input (especially names of relatives so I can move on with my research) would be deeply appreciated.

Regards,

Re: Very Surprising Results

There is no Italian in my results. However, I am 13% France and 7% Scandinavian, which sounds similar to the results you discuss. Chiavari is in the NW corner of Italy. However, it is also close to France and there were wars between the two. Is there any thought that the Lucchetti's might have ...

Need help with a Latin church record

Hi, I've already read the guide for reading Latin documents but still not able to figure this one.

It's a baptismal record from Joannes Bapta (Giovanni Battista) and as far as I understand the parents are Andrea and Paola Livellara. The parish is San Michele in Ri from Chiavari and that's all that ...

Some questions about a marriage record

Hello everyone, I have this marriage record from a parish in Chiavari. Originally, I needed it for my GGGF (I'm doing a Jure sanguinis through him), but know I've been requested the birth certificate of my GGGM, so I would like to extract some information of her from here.

Her name is Angela ...

Re: Birth record, I hope someone can help me, not sure where to start

Man, I've been reading old argentine certificates for a quite a long now but that's a really very though one to decipher. All I can read from that record is that Felipe was 35 years old when he got married. And most of them were 'jornaleros' (it's a very low qualification job category).

But aside ...

Re: Baptismal record (translated from Latin by the Diocese)

awesome, I had never been able to understand what "del fu" meant there. And the fact that the godparent had the same name was also very confusing.

But now everything makes sense. Thank you so much Angela!

Baptismal record (translated from Latin by the Diocese)

Hi! I have this document where the Diocese translated to Italian the originale baptismal record of my GGGGF, which was in Latin. My main doubt here is the name of the father of Giovanni Battista. In the marriage certificate says it's "Andrea Solari". But here, as you can see, it says Andrea but then ...

Calling an Italian parish

Hi everyone! I sent an email to request some documents from an Italian archidiocese last wednesday and I would like to make a call to confirm that they receive them.

The problem is that I don't speak Italian very well. I do understand most of it because I speak Spanish (I'm argentinian) but I can ...
