Illegible baptism record

Is anybody able to make out anything in this borth record? Particularly the date?

I believe it is a baptism record for the child of Joseph Granelli and Joana Maria Tambini. But I can't see the child's name or the date, so it's difficult to work out how this fits into my research.

Any help greatly ...

Can anyone translate this birth certificate from 1824

It's my great, great, great, great, great grandfather's. Hi name was Panerazio (or Pangrazio) Ostacchini. The birth certificate seems to suggest his name might actually be Panerazio Francisco Ostacchini, but I'm not sure.

Thanks!
