I'm trying to get a translation on a military record I was sent. I was originally told that it was a "draft birth record", but that doesn't seem to be accurate, even accounting for translation difficulties. It might be a record about the life of the person in question? I don't have a link to it ...

I obtained what I was told was a "draft birth record", but appears, in fact, to be some sort of military record, possibly to do with conscription and time served? My Italian is rudimentary at best, and aside from reading some of the details on the left hand side of the page, I've had no luck ...
