I have a relative who may have a criminal record in Naples, Italy sometime between 1930-50. Does anyone know where I might access such records? I do not see them in the Naples archive.

Anyone know if there is an online database to research birth records from Naples in the 1930s? I know the section of Naples and the names but not the exact month and dates. Family search Naples goes only to 1865. Or is this search going to require a letter?
