Re: Translation help on Baptism record
Thank you! The 1894 is a new date, in that it's now the latest date we know they were still living in the town before moving... prior the best I had was the 1882 birth, so closes the gap by 12 years!
*PS I asked google when Trinity Sunday was in 1894 and learned how it falls:

Re: Translating Marriage record - Giacomo Bonetti and Lucia Ricci
*Edit the title should have read Giovanni Bonetti not Giacomo (that was his father).

Re: Translating Church Death Record - Lucia Ricci
Thank you Pippo. Do you think this could mean that she died in child birth? I had figured she had died early since I was only able to ever find two children in the online archives. It looks like they were only married for about 10 years before she passed.
Thanks!

Re: Translating Church Death Record - Giovanni Bonetti
Thank you as always mmogno! I will follow with the parish Rosola to see if they could provide. Based on Pippo's translation for the death of Lucia Ricci (first wife) in 1790, and having small children I'm guessing he likely married her quickly.
Thank you again,

Re: Translating Church Death Record - Giovanni Bonetti
This is fantastic thank you mmogno! I've been waiting for this record for a couple years from the church, it confirms what the Napoleonic death record didn't in that it lists my grandmother Lucia as his first wife. The Napoleonic record only listed Margherita as his wife, and at least my read she ...

Re: Surname Websites
I've never been able to find a great site that was all inclusive, but I've used this one. It's also been good on areas outside of Italian as well.

Help with line on a military record
Hoping someone can help with the defining the 2 sentences on my grandfather's military record dated on November 1915 (towards the bottom). Using AI it says those lines say he was wounded in war and it was documented, I'm having trouble making out the words to match that.

Re: Translating Marriage record - Sebastiano Cheli
Thank you both for time on translating this. This record was a gold mine of dates and names so appreciate it.
I was able to locate their publication of marriage in another book, I believe I'm reading he was 30 and she was 31, so the year of birth 1779 and 1778?

Hello could someone help with the translation of my GGP x 5 from 1808 in Lizzano in Belvedere...Sebastinao Cheli with Maria Catterina Carpani. There is lot more on next page from the link as well, I'm having trouble deciphering if its just repeating itself or if both fathers were deceased?
