Santo DiPalermo marriage
Hello,
Attached is the 1616 marriage for Santo DiPlaermo. He is from Marineo but what is written for his wife. Her name is Caterina Sammartino but what is written after terra. Is that the name of the town or does it mean something else. I've seen that on multiple marriages.
Thanks,
Chris

Re: Interesting find and question
Thanks Erudita.
Have you ever seen a family where two children have the same first name? I was thinking it's possible if one of the children changed their name after the father died. But I'm assuming the father was Vincenzo.

Hello,
The attached two documents are a 1607 riveli for Pietro Spinella. I'm interested in the underlined name. Is it Epifanio?
Thanks,
Chris

Helllo The attached 1651 riveli for Dorothea Spinella, where she is from Marineo. I believe she is the widow of Epifanio Spinella but I don't see that in the document. Do you? In addition, are those her parents listed, Andrea and Catherina? If so is that their last name presenta (I don't think so) T...

Caterina DiPalermo Riveli
Hello,
Can you help me with the text between the red lines. To me it looks like; Caterina Palermo widow of Santo Palermo from Marineo, daughter of Giulio and Vincenza Prente. There are other letters that I can't read, especially on the first and third line.
Thanks,
Chris

Hello, I have a question the the attached riveli from Marineo. It mentions the parents and their age but I don't understand what is written right after that. Something to do with Antonia who I guess is their daughter?
