Were these records destroyed during the war

Hi I m doing a search on behalf of someone else, they need to now if the records held in Asiago region of Vincenza were burnt during the war. Is there anyway I can confirm this.

I know not with precision, but sure by Mormons are this civil records( microfilmed from Vicenza State Archive)
