I am researching these families back to the 1600's.

I have a family member by the name Verderamo (Verderan). I'm not sure if this is the same as Vendrame because I'm not quite sure of the spelling of the last name. It seems no one in the family was. I do know Domenica Verderamo (verderan) married Pelligrino Pellecchia and had two children, Tererisa and William.

Hi: about Vendrame: this surname tipical of Trentino Alto Adige region(others version are VENDRAMI, VENDRAMIN, VENDRAMINI, VENGRAMIN) coming from Bertrando germany first name(bertha means dazzling .. famous and hrabhan means crow.. in the ancient past the crow was an sacre animal of germany people; Bertrando means" dazzling crow"..
....the first Vendrame perhaps are this :
- Vendrame Nicolò family in Rovigno, born around 1415 died 1460, this family exipred in Rovigno in 1811.
