Ink is very faded...hard to read, but here is what I see

Birth recorded on 31 March 1902
Birth occurred on 27 of March
Father - Giuseppe Fierro, age (thirty-something --could be 36), peasant farmer
Mother - Maria Giuseppa (hard to read surname)
Child was given the name Annunziata
