Death Record Help

This is the death record of what I read as Caterina Todisco, the daughter of Alessio and Angela Tauro. My question is the name of Angelo Raffaele Todisco. What is his purpose on the document? Alessio's grandson has that name but if I am reading the date correctly 1861 he was not born yet.

He was a 28 year old informant on this record. His relationship to the deceased is not stated in this record. There are actually two informants on this record and he was the second one.
