Guarino from Mirabella

I am trying to confirm the father of Teresa Guarino. Below are two records, the top one is the death record of Teresa's husband Bernardino. One line says Teresa Guarino fu Pasquale _____________ Pasguale Scalera ___ Maria DeGregorio.(Bernardino's parents)

The second record is Teresa Guarino's birth it lists her mother as Donna Elizabeth Lato and what I had as her father Don Dominica Antonio Guarino.

Now I am confused as to Teresa's father.

I read:
1. Bernardino Scalera son of late Pasquale Scalera and of late Mattia Di Gregorio husband of Teresa Guarino (daughter of late Pasquale)

2.Teresa Guarini daughter of Don Domenicantonio Guarini and Elisabetta Lato(?)
the surname is similar but no the same.. maybe the 2th is another Teresa..

Thank you suanj, I probably had it wrong all this time. There are a lot of Guarino's in Mirabella
