Can someone help me with a translation of this Pubblicazione?

From the Atti di Matrimonio, I have the following information:

Onofrio Campaniello, Mulattiere (Mule Driver), age 23 (born abt. 1851); and Maria Mattea Paliano, Contadina (Farmer), age 19 (born abt 1855).

Married 13 Feb 1875 at 5:15pm in Vieste
Father of Groom: Michele Campaniello
Mother of Groom: Maria Luigia Cutella
Father of Bride: Michele Paliano
Mother of Bride: Clementina Esposito

From the pubblicazione, I see the following:

Onofrio Campaniello, Contadino, age 23 (born abt. 1851); and Maria Mattea Paliano, Contadina (Farmer), age 19 (born abt 1855).

Father of Groom: Michele Campaniello (Age 50; sailor/mariner?)
Mother of Groom: Maria Luigia Cutella
Father of Bride: Michele Paliano (Age 48?; Mulattiere)
Mother of Bride: Clementina Esposito (deceased)

"..e mi ha mio dichiarato lo sposo essere nato in Manfredonia, la sposa in Vieste"
Does this mean the groom was born in Manfredonia and the bride in Vieste? Any information on the parents or Grandparents that I'm missing?

Also, at the bottom of the pubblicazione, I noticed that it lists the records collected to support the marriage application. I got the following so far:

"I documenti sono: le copia degli atti di nascita de gli sposi; rilasciate da il uffiziale dello Stato Civile di Manfredonia il di dodici di novembre milleoottocentocinquantasette, e da me in data oggi..."

Is this saying the official received the groom's birth record from Manfredonia?

Is this saying the official received the groom's birth record from Manfredonia? YES The documents are: copies of the acts of birth of the spouses; the birth record of the groom born on Nov 12, 1857 relinquished from the official of the civil state of Manfredonia and dated by me today, Jan 26th.

Additional info from the margin are the dates of the marriage publications. The first on Jan 31st which was posted until Feb 7th, when it was replaced by the second publication, which remained posted until Feb 11th.
