help with translation of death record

[misschristi16]

So, I found this death record (record #2)--and I cannot read his/her name! Giovannibatista Palmieri?
I found in the record, that this person lived on Portland street in Hartford CT (which is the street where my grandparents lived also) And, it says they were from Corbara, which is also where my family comes from-- But, wow--at the end there are many many names--it reads something like forti relativi oil(?) desesso. Does that mean the relatives of the deceased? And if they are--can someone help me with those names?
So, any help in translation would be greatly appreciated! I am looking forward to what this all says!
Thanks in advance!

What you are reading is "Dati relativi al decesso..." Facts relating to the deceased..."
This includes date of death, place of death, cause of death, hospital and doctor, funeral director and name, and cemetery where buried.

There are no relatives mentioned other than his wife, the declarant, Maria Fusco

If you want the full translation, let us know

bummer--not even parents names or anything? I got all excited thinking I was reading a family or obituary. Is it possible to get the date of death and cemetery translated for me? Thanks.

The record is a transcription of the death certificate of Giovambattista Palmieri. The death certificate (issued Aug 3 1922, #410) was presented on 1923, Jan 23 to the Mayor by Maria Fusco (daughter of the deceased Giovanni), aged 48, widow of Giovambattista.
As Erudita already pointed out, Giovambattista died July 29, 1922 in the hospital of S. Francis in Hartford, Ct. Buried in Mount S. Benedict cemetery in Bloomfield, Ct (Hartford County). Parents Emanuele Palmieri and Arcangela Musella. Parents were from Corbara Sessa. He had been born in Italy in 1876 and was 46 at death.
