The surname in this record is definitely Tambascia, as I previously suggested.scraig32 wrote:I was trying to help out by finding the death extract of the daughter, Maria Alberinta Rauso so that we could see the mother's name there. I know that Maria Rauso was alive at the marriage of her son in 1884 so I looked at the death records from 1884 to 1910 and found nothing! I will keep looking. Suzanne
Here is that marriage document #27- I am pretty sure it says that Maria Alberinta was alive then.

yes, Maria Alberinta was still alive when the son married in 1884.
and I just found the death extract of Maria Alberinta's husband (to see if she was still alive) and if I am translating correctly, she was alive then (1889). So I don't know why I can't find her death extract
yes she was alive when her husband died on Oct 5, 1889. Also, his mother, Maria Di Bartolomeo was still alive and was living in Telsi at the time of her son's death.
