Hi Everyone! I hope all is enjoying the weekend. I can use a little assistance with translation of the following birth record:

I was able to translate:

Donato Minutillo was born on Jan. 6, 1904 to Domenico, Age 33, farmer, and Antonia Grillo (sp ??). Address Via Salferino #48.

There is a note on the left column that I don't understand.
