Declared by Maria Cocchiola, 56, farmer residing in Frigento...
She declared that at 2:25 AM on the 9th of the moth, at the house at Contrada Mefite(?) #4, to Maria Giuseppa Martone, farmer wife of Giovanni Cipriano, farmer, both residing in Frigento, was born a female child who was presented and given the name TERESINA
Cocchiola made the declaration as she assisted with the birth, and in place of the husband of Martone, because he was unable and found to be away.
