I have leonardo Born Dec 15 1893 to Vincenzo Marino Age 46 Born ???, Mother looks like Rosa Can not make out last name.

He was born on the 15th. Mother was Rosa Cusenza, a housewife. His father Vincenzo was a municipal agent.

Is it possible the last name is costanza? Just courious because ancestry has someone who put costanza but they look close?

No, Debbie, Cusenza is definitely the surname of Rosa. Possibly the person with the info on ancestry has it incorrect.
