Dated 10 December 1817 at 6 PM at the town office in S. Fele
Before the official appeared Pietro Bufano, 40, laborer residing in S. Fele, borgo di S. Lucia; and he declared that on the day of the month stated above at 2 PM, was born at his home to himslef and to Maria Fabrizio, his legitimate wife, a female child who was presented and to whom was given the name MARIA GIUSEPPE ANTONIA
At this presentation and declaration were Francesco Figliuolo(?), 60, laborer residing in S. Fele at Strada il Borgo; and Francesco Fazzella, 40, laborer residing in said comune at Strada Verdesca(?).
The act was read to all and only the official signed as the others were illiterate.

NOTE: Her second name is spelled with an "e" at the end.
