writing to people in italy
writing to people in italy
I was searcing through Paginebianche, and came across 8 Sangiorgios from Paterno Italy. Its a small amount of people. I wanted to write to each one. I would like to see if any are related to my greatgrandmother Rose. I'm a little confused though on the address they give. If someone could tell me if those are the complete address, would my letters reach them? I'm so hoping they may be related. I also have a form letter for writing to relatives in Italy, is that too impersonal?

Sangiorgio Carmela
85050 Paterno (PZ) - Via Raia, 53
Could be re-written as
Carmela Sangiorgio
Via Raia no. 53
Paterno (PZ) - 85050
ITALIA or ITALY
If you feel that your letters are too impersonal, include a sketch of your family tree on a separate piece of paper. I think this would really help out...
Maybe you could include a self addressed return envelope...
You could also include photocopies of family pictures to help break the ice...
