Marriage of Mussoni to ? in Luigi Mussoni's birth record

Could someone help me read in the margin? In the birth record, I believe it says Francesco Mussoni is the father, but that the mother was not married. In the margin, it looks like it was legitimized on April 22, 1899. But I can't read the name of the wife at all.

The mother's name was Rosa Lazzarini.

My guess is Lazzarini Rosa
