Son of Francesco Pinto and Teresa Pinto--Angelo Maria. The birth record on the next page is for his wife Marianna Tozza
Yesterday, I found a morti record for Angelo Maria Pinto, son of Francesco and Teresa, so I was looking for the birth record of this bambino. Ran across this marriage record. They must have named another son the same thing.
So, help translating will clear some confusion maybe.

The underlying birth act (which you see on the next image) gives a birthdate of 10 December 1869 (at 1 PM) for Marianna Tozza, born to Angelo Maria Tozza [son of Pasquale] age 38, miller born and residing in Rapone; and to Angela Maria Angelillo [daughter of deceased Michele] residing with her husband at Strada Costarelle(sp?).

Is it unusual to name your son Angelo Maria, when you still have another son named Angelo Maria? Or could these be two different families with the same names.
I have a record for an Angelo Maria Pinto, son of Francesco and Teresa Pinto that died in 1870, but this Angelo was born in 1869.
