Allegati records--this is kinda funny--the front page has: Angelo Maria Cappiello and Marianna Tozza
But the next page, and the remaining have the groom as Angelo Maria Pinto.
So, if anyone could translate this for me and give me the important information I need, I would be forever grateful.

Probably an error. Angelo Maria Cappiello's birth act is the one right before Marianna Tozza (he is 90 and she is 91)... AND Angelo Maria Pinto is #92 --- must have confused the clerk 
First document is an extract of the birth of Angelo Maria Pinto. You have all that information in the translation of the actual birth act in your other post.
Likewise with the second document. It is an extract of Marianna Tozza's birth act which I translated in your other post.
The third document is the First Publication of the Marriage Banns
Dated 1894, Sunday, the 7th of January.
The official states that he published the notification of marriage between
Angelo Maria Pinto, 22, proprietor born in Rapone, resident of said town, son of Francesco, a miller residing in Rapone, and of Teresa Pinto residing in said place.
AND
Marianna Tozza, 24, a weaver born in Rapone, resident of said town, daughter of Angelo Maria, a miller residing in Rapone, and of Angelamaria Angelillo residing in said place.
That they intend to celebrate marriage before the official.
The present publication is according to Article 70 of the Civil Code to give opportunity for the public to oppose the marriage.

The fifth document is the Certificate of No Opposition to the marriage.
