Birth Act for Anna Filomena Tedesco 1864

I was able to obtain a photo of Anna's birth Record.

I believe it states she was born 10 August 1864, to Giovanni Tedesco, 22 yo, and Maria Giuseppa Colozzi, 21 yo.
I'm having trouble deciphering Giovanni's father's name and the couple of lines after Maria's age.
Can someone make these out?

Giovanni is the son of deceased Rocco Tedesco.

After Maria's age it states that she resides in Monticelli, then [child born] "to the declarant, age as above ("come sopra"), profession as above", etc., on the 10th of the said month at 8 PM, at home.
