Record date: Aug 24, 1880
Giustinia De Polo, a midwife, declared that on the same day, at 3:20am a male baby was born of a woman who doesn't want to be mentioned, in a house situated at 49, Pieve (?) Frazione
She gave the baby name Giovanni Luigi Corletto.
The side annotation says the baby was recognized as a son in 1895 (this was recorded at #9 part II of births of that year) by Domenica Genova, widow of Giuseppe Ciatti.
Giuseppe "Pippo" Moccaldi

According to the document posted by Tessa, Domenica was the widow of Giuseppe Ciotti (not Ciatti) who died Feb 16 1874.
