Note on Romana Frezza birth certificate re adopting child

I am attaching a copy of the birth certificate of Romana Frezza born 1882 in Atina. Can anyone please translate what it says in the right hand margin - does it just say that she adopted a child called Maria Tamburrini - there's an arrow to the date but it cannot be read. She married in 1902.

Yes, Romana Frezza adopted Maria Laura Tamburini, with Tribunal decree of 31 Oct 1941 transcribed on the book registers of Atina for 1942 #2 Part 2 Series B

Yes, that is what it appears to say -
It looks like that the decree (31 October 1941) can be found in the register of births Parte II, Supplement B, in 1942, possibly #10 or 70(?)
