Appearing was Nicolo' Basta, 30, priest residing in this town, to declare that at 3:50 PM on the 24th of the current month, in the house in Via Collezia, no number, to Marianna Cannavo'(?), his wife residing with him, was born a male child who he presented to the official and to whom was given the name TOMMASO
Witnesses to the record: Calogero Costa, 31, farmer; Vincenzo Alessi, 33, farmer, both residing in this town.
The father signed with the official, the others were illiterate.
