Before the official appeared Carmelo Morello, 39, farmer residing in this town in San Giovanni neighborhood, and Giuseppe Cerniglia, 40, mule driver residing in this town in abovesaid neighborhood, to declare that on the abovesaid date (25 September 1837) at 6 AM, died at the home of his father, Domenico Cincotta, age 4 years. He was born and resided in this town, the son of Giuseppe, a farmer and of Teresa Iraso(?), both residing in this town.

I think that Teresa's surname is Frinzi which I see in the indices in the town. It's clearer in the index at the end of this set of records as well.
