appearing before the official was Gaetano Cipriano, 50, farmer residing Frigento to declare that at 5:15 PM on the 7th of the current month in the house in Contrada Lamia #12, to Rosangiola Pascucci, his wife, farmer, residing with him, was born a female child who was presented and to whom was given the name Maria Rosaria.
