Help translating birth record

Post by jebaad »

I was hoping someone could help me with this birth record for Gaetano Pennimpede born Dec 14 1890 to Teresa Pennimpede who is 29. I don't see a father listed. Can anyone tell what the other information says?
Thank you in advance

Birth was on the 10th.

This infant was born from Teresa's union with a single man who was neither a relative or kin in any degree that would be an obstacle to the recognition of the infant.

Thank you so much. Gaetano also moved to the US with his mother who also took Filomena Cliziano with them. Teresa married a man named Luigi De Rita and the children took his name.
