It is Image # 2785, Number CentoSettantatre. She was born 12 June 1907 In Castroreale, underneath her name it is handwritten, this is what I need translated.

There are two notations:
The first has to do with a letter from the war minister-concerning the death of the father in the National War-the letter was dated Sept 26, 1921 no. 4223
The second notation is concerning her marriage to Mario Genovese on April 30, 1939 in Castoreale act #26
