Birth record translation

Post by Jjk1621 »

This is my g-grandfather Tommaso Guarascio birth certificate. I am hoping to get atleast the names of his parents and their date of birth if possible. But also any other valuable information. I appreciate it !

I also translated your marriage act (at your other post) for Tommaso and Anna Maria - parents' names also appear there :-)

Dated 22 January 1874 (#25) in S. Giovanni di Fiore
Appearing was Natale Guarascio, son of deceaed Antonio, age 50, farmer residing in this town, to present a male child born on 21 of abovesaid month, at 9 PM, to his wife Angela Maria Alvisa, 36, housewife, in their home in contrada Cosetino, and to whom was given the name TOMMASO
