I think Luigi's profession is bracciale-day laborer. As to where he was living-he was living with his wife. I can't decipher the first two letters after that, the next part looks like ascente to me. I am guessing that it means "he was living with his wife in the location mentioned above-which is the street name which follows her age in the record. It would help to also know the name of the town in order to give you the correct spelling of the street name.
