I'm reading Rosa de Angelis.

That's definitely an "is" on the end, not an "o." See below from the current phone book in Aversa. De Angelis is a fairly common surname in the town.

Both surnames "de Angelis" and "d'Angelo" were and still are surnames found in Aversa. It's possible that the two declarants made an error in reporting the deceased child's mother's surname. This is just a thought. Maybe looking for Elisabetta's Birth Record will help to clarify.

They misspelled it, because my great great great grandmother's name was Rosa D'Angelo. I've tried to located Elisabettas' birth record but I can't find it. They had another daughter in 1829 and named her Elisabetta too.
