Before the official in Baragiano appeared Giuseppe Perrozi(?) of deceased Carlo, 33, and Pietro Fortunato of deceased Nicola, 26, both farmers residing in the town, to declare that on 19 August died Teresa Teti, age 3, daughter of Giuseppe Teti, and of Anna Maria Ciandella, both farmer residing in Baragiano.

Declarants: Paolo Losazzo of deceased Giuseppe, 48, and Rocco Lizzardro of deceased Domenico, 40, both farmers residing in Baragiano.
They declared that on 10 SEptember at noon died at home in the house at strada Santangelo #6, Teresa Purciariello, age 60, daughter of deceased Rocco Purciariello, and of deceased Domenica Croglia(?), both farmers residing in Baragiano in their lifetimes. Teresa was the widow of deceased Raffaele Teti, of this town.
