Hi,
Can someone please help with a full translation of this birth record for me? I sent away for my great grandfathers birth certificate in town Marigliano and they sent me this back. Does it say his mother’s name?

Thank you! My family think that his mothers surname was Maietta but not sure, do you think that’s what it could be on this record?

I couldn't actually read the last word, but I could understand that it it was saying that there were no annotations on the record. (Often on Birth Records you will see an annotation made years later, stating when the person married, died etc, along with the date of the event and also the Act No, but obviously not in this case.)
It's disappointing that the clerk hasn't sent you a copy of the original birth record. He's just extracted some of the vital information onto a template and omitted to write the mother's given name?
What you may like to do, is write back, thank the clerk for the "extract" and ask if he would be so kind as to send you "La copia integrale dell'atto di nascita" . Someone will help you with the wording. (My Italian gramma's still evolving.)
La copia integrale dell'atto di nascita = the complete copy of the certificated birth act.
